Tracy is mom to two busy teenagers that are now getting more involved in the kitchen and taking an interest in healthy foods. She has a passion for helping others, supporting farmers, and healthy cooking, which you will see in her recipe creations. Heather is a health and wellness expert with a master’s degree in exercise physiology and over ten years of experience in the field. Most recently, she has become certified as a plant-based health coach by Precision Nutrition to expand her nutrition knowledge. She runs the blog where she educates her readers about their health and how to live their best quality of life without restriction. She has a passion for traveling and considers herself a foodie at heart! She currently resides in Tampa, FL, but grew up in Pittsburgh, PA.
