She has a passion for helping others, supporting farmers, and healthy cooking, which you will see in her recipe creations. Heather is a health and wellness expert with a master’s degree in exercise physiology and over ten years of experience in the field. Most recently, she has become certified as a plant-based health coach by Precision Nutrition to expand her nutrition knowledge.
