ERIKA SPENCE serves as the mission storyteller at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. As the chief content creator and social media manager for the organization, Erika works with staff, community stakeholders and partners to identify, interview, document and share compelling client life experiences, culinary student successes and other mission moments in order to inspire and engage the community to fight hunger.
JOE CULOTTA is director of communications for the American Cancer Society, where he raises awareness about local efforts in the fight against cancer through traditional and digital media. This includes promoting signature events, highlighting the latest cancer research statistics, showcasing the American Cancer Society’s services and maintaining relationships with local TV, radio and print media partners.
