Unique Times Call for Unique Circumstances

Dear ACF membership,

First, I want to express my hope that everyone is safe and healthy during the widespread concern with COVID-19.

Second, I want to let you know that the upcoming Farm Influencer Tour, originally scheduled for March 25-27, has been postponed.

There are a few factors that led to this decision. Most importantly, it is in the best interest of the health and wellbeing of those involved. Additionally, there were travel issues for a couple of key people, and we felt that the excitement and good vibes a tour would normally generate would be diminished. As a result, we wouldn’t see the kind of social media engagement we wanted for our efforts and investment.

That said, we do plan on having the tour at a future time, after coronavirus subsides and when it makes sense to do tour stops as part of the growing season.

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm in making this tour possible in the first place. The ACF board has agreed to keep the sponsorship for the tour when it gets rescheduled. Programs like this fulfill our mission in promoting the voice of our industry.

In the meantime, please let me know if you have questions or comments. We will continue to plan programs for our members, but will hold off on deciding dates until it makes sense to do so.

Thank you,

Alyssa List
